White Pearl

I think we invented this drink at Berns last Monday. It's a cocktail.

3cl Gin
1cl Crème de Pamplemousse
2cl Lemon
2cl Grapefruit juice
4cl Sugar syrup
2cl Apple juice
and some Spearmint

We call it White Pearl.
